Wow! That would be the one word to capture this whole transaction. Online ordering was easy and carefully designed to protect from any errors in personalization. Shipping was FAST, despite the close proximity to Christmas. Packaging was awesome - I couldn't believe how meticulously my ornament was protected. And then the actual ornament! I was afraid it would look amateurish or cheap but it is BEAUTIFUL! Everyone who has seen the ornament has commented on how lovely it is. My daughter was speechless - the personalization has the name of the National Park Service class all new rangers take at the Grand Canyon, which she had completed 2 weeks earlier. She wanted to know if the Park Service sold the ornaments for new rangers! She couldn't believe we got it from a private company. Thank you for making such a special, beautiful gift for us to celebrate her new career as a National Park ranger!
