My great niece and her boyfriend moved into their first apartment together. The ornament I chose with the two snowmen outside the door of the "new home" is adorable. You are able to personalize the ornament by putting their names on the snowmen
It is nice that there is also a place to put their address on the ornament.
The vibrant colors and the detail on the ornament is top quality.
I also like the packaging of the ornament.

I ordered an ornament for my brother and his wife for Christmas. Your company has so many cute ornaments. It was hard to pick the right one. I made my selection and placed my order. When I was contemplating my order, I for some reason thought my brother and his wife moved into their new house this year. So I ordered one that would be suitable for a new house and added on the bottom of the ornament, "1st year in our new house". It wasn't until I had already ordered it that I realized my mistake. This would be their 2nd year in their new house. I immediatly sent an email to your customer service department explaining my mistake and asking if the "new house" part could be omitted if it wasn't too late. I received an email from Christine Lovrien saying she did some checking, (I know you guys are super busy this time of year.) and found the order was already in process to be shipped.
