Not only is the ornament even more beautiful than pictured, the customer service department provided outstanding service. After I had placed my order I changed my mind about the inscription on the ornament, I contacted customer service via e-mail and they responded the very next day. They were able to hold the order until I was able to give them clear details on the engraving I wanted. Then my order was expedited and I received it within a few days. I have ordered other ornaments from Russell Rhodes in the past and they always offer high quality merchandise and excellent service.
