I'm nursing supervisor at a small country hospital, and we like to do the little tihngs to show appreciation for the hard-working nurses on our staff. We've used this and other nursing ornaments for awards and gifts. The lettering is always spot on, and I personally like the nice bags most come in. I made the mistake of ordering from somewhere else and got sloppy lettering. Never again! Sticking with RR.
