My mom, grandmother to five, freaked out in a good way when she opened this ornament. It is so bright and cheerful. The penguins are adorable. Russell Rhodes does an amazing job on the lettering (see the video) that we always order from this site -- 5-7 ornaments a year for us and to give as gifts. A custom ornament is such a nice keepsake.
