I ordered seven ornaments from Russell Rhodes and I love all of them. Three were for my grandchildren, three for my Godchildren and one for my son.. All ornaments were beautiful and well done. There was an error with the spelling on one of the ornaments and Russell Rhodes customer service responded immediately and the ornament is being replaced. I was truly impressed with the promptness and kindness that was given. I will continue to order my ornaments in the years to come from Russell Rhodes. I love the uniqueness and the personalization.
