REMOVE STICKERS/TAGS: This manufacturer has a very difficult-to-remove barcoded sticker on the back of this ornament. This particular sticker is attached with some kind of gorilla glue. It takes about 12 minutes to scrape and peel the little pieces off, and to then to dissolve and scrub all the places of glue residue with a special oil-based solvent, while also protecting the ornament surface. We can perform this service for $1.80 to help you avoid this hassle. If desired, check the box. Otherwise, if you'd like this ornament gift boxed, we'll get the sticker removed as part of the gift service at no additional charge.

I really like this ornament and it arrived in a short amount of time. The personalization on the ornament was done very nicely. Each family member was correctly identified as I wanted them to be. (Your personalization form is great!) However, there was a "chip" about 1/4 inch long in the paint of the mother's hat at the top of the ornament. A quick email to customer service resolved the situation immediately, really. I was quite pleased.
