I really liked the shape and size of the ornament. I felt the paint job was a bit sloppy. Was a disappointed. It is the first ornament in many I have purchased from you in the past that I couldn't give 5 stars to.

My husband and I are avid cruisers and collect cruise ship holiday ornaments to commemorate each trip. While most ships carry these ornaments year round, a cruise we took in January 2015 had none for sale. Since these ornaments can only be purchased on that particular ship and there are no retail outlets to obtain them, we had a hole in our mini ship collection until I discovered the Russell Rhodes website. Very happy that the company beautifully personalized the ornament to reflect the name of our missing ship and it now joins the other seven holiday ornaments, which we display year round. The ship was bought to signify my granddaughters first cruise. Each year I buy ornaments relating to some interest of hers. Now that she is getting older she is working and her interests have not changed much. This is why I decided to get the cruise ship and airplane, so she will always remember her first trips outside the state. It's good to be able to place the date etc. on ornaments. The ornaments were nice. I would have preferred a lighter material used in the making of the ship but it serves it's purpose and looks good.

I love that I could have the Cruise Ship personalized with the name of the ship, the year and our names, two couples, on the side of the cruise ship. I bought one for us and one for them. Such memories it will bring back each time I put it on the Christmas tree.
