This ornament is beautiful, and the personalization came out perfectly. We are giving it as a gift to a friend of my son's from Italy who will be spending Christmas with us in Chicago; so this is a wonderful memento! (I appreciate receiving the velvet bag for the ornament. It would have been a nice bonus, but it is much too small, and the ornament will not fit in it.)

I always buy a new family ornament for us every year and thought is would be nice to have one that represents where we live. This ornament reminded me of the old glass ornaments my grandma had on her tree when I was a young girl. The colors were bright and accented with glitter. The ornament arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It was packed very nicely in a foam box. The quality was definitely worth the price.
