I was extremely pleased with the 3 ornaments I received. They were just as pictured and the personalization was well done and correct. I was amazed at the turn around time. Ordering from california and sent from Texas it was 3 days from ordering to receiving. Never had anything like that before especially when personalized. I also appreciated the constant email updates to let me know of the progress. I will definitely order from you again and have already recommended you to several other people. Would have given it 5 stars but a piece was broken off. The handle of the rolling pin was in the box so I glued it on. Would have sent it back but needed it for Thanksgiving. The ornament and personalization was very nice.

I love Russell Rhodes ornaments. This is at least my third year purchasing from them. I have 3 wonderful grandchildren and I have been able to match a personalized ornament for each of them. This year my young grandson started his musical theater career as the chef in Little Mermaid Jr. The chef ornament was perfect!
