REMOVE STICKERS/TAGS: This manufacturer has a very difficult-to-remove barcoded sticker on the back of this ornament. This particular sticker is attached with some kind of gorilla glue. It takes about 12 minutes to scrape and peel the little pieces off, and to then to dissolve and scrub all the places of glue residue with a special oil-based solvent, while also protecting the ornament surface. We can perform this service for $1.80 to help you avoid this hassle. If desired, check the box. Otherwise, if you'd like this ornament gift boxed, we'll get the sticker removed as part of the gift service at no additional charge.

We just received our ornament in the mail, and we love it. The personalization is handpainted, and exactly as we ordered. The website picture shows a personalization text font that is very plain, but the font on the item we received is more decorative, almost like handwriting script. Much better than the plain font pictured on the website!
